How do you ensure plants survive shipping?

We use specialized, eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the plant and soil in place. Most plants are shipped via express couriers to minimize time spent in transit and ensure they arrive at your doorstep fresh and healthy.

What is your 'Arrive Alive' guarantee?

We guarantee that every plant will arrive in good health. If your plant is damaged or dies within 30 days of arrival, simply send us a photo and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Do the plants come with pots?

All plants are shipped in standard nursery grow pots. However, you can choose to upgrade to one of our premium ceramic or decorative planters at checkout to have your plant arrive ready for display.

How do I know how to care for my new plant?

Every order includes a digital care guide tailored to your specific species. You will receive tips on lighting, watering frequency, and humidity requirements to help your plant thrive.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, One Click Plants ships to all 48 contiguous states. We do not ship internationally or to Hawaii and Alaska due to agricultural regulations and transit times.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once a plant has been prepared for climate-controlled shipping, we are unable to make changes to the delivery.
